Industrial Adhesives is our core business with the registered trademark known as ALFABOND™. Our products meet international standards, i.e. ISO certified and are widely used in the following fields:
Envelopes
We produce a complete range of adhesives for envelope making. These are:
a) sideseaming – roller transfer and nozzle
b) flap glue – various colours
c) window patching – rigid film and OPP film
d) peel & seal adhesive – export quality
Our adhesives can be used on slow running machines to the latest and fastest machines.
Including spiral cores, straight rolls, square cores and angle bars. We have adhesives for different applications.
These are:
a) cascade systems
b) roller systems
c) immersion systems
Our products range from PVA adhesives to high solid dextrin and modified starch. We provide fast drying and strong crush strength (kgf) products. We also produce core lubricants for smoother applications.
For flute / board and board / board. We produce adhesives for fully-auto, semi-auto and manual application, from slow dry to fast dry application. Our dextrin produces minimal warping, minimal wash board effect and more superior finishing in terms of hardness and strength.
Specialised adhesives for:
a) varnished sideseaming
b) UV coated sideseaming
c) OPP laminated sideseaming
d) Calendering sideseaming
We have different products for both manual and machine applications, for instance the Heidelberg Easygluer fast machine.
Our adhesives can be used for manual applications, semi-auto gluer and full-auto gluer.
We are one of the pioneers in Malaysia that have developed and produced powder-mix glue. This category of product has longer shelf life span and is easier for storage.
Computer forms, NCR-apart glue, air filter making, tissue roll-end, hard cover casings, paper pallet, slip-board lamination, paper padding etc.
